somethings are not

Meant to be done one handed or with my right hand…
1. Texting and typing
2. Writing
3. My hair
4. Shaving
5. Eating messy BBQ or anything with silverware
6. Make up
7. Getting Dressed
8. Opening Packages
9. Carrying Big Boxes

And I will add to the list. This morning I found a couple of LOVELY bruises on my legs from the fall. One is a straight line from the stairs. I found it funny, Anna not so much! Ankles are bruised also!

My arm is still sore and probably wouldn’t have been so bad if I let my coworkers help me instead of trying to do things myself.

Piece of Advice

If you are going to jam 17 people in an elevator that can hold 28 people, evenly distribute the weight or you’ll be stuck for an hour! This didn’t happen to me. Our Memory Care building was doing interviews for Care Associates. The interviewer brought all 16 people being interviewed down the elevator along with herself. THEY GOT TRAPPED! How many of those people do you think will still want to work there, especially because they will probably be hired for the second floor!

BEING stuck in an elevator, bring back any holiday memories, MY FAMILY? I got stuck in an elevator with my family, including Santa Claus, Mrs Claus and an elf. The same fire fighter who rescued us, also helped rescue the people Monday.

Stupid things I do!

Everybody knows sometimes I don’t think 🙂 I went to Cash and Carry today to check on their popsicle selection for work. While there I remembered we needed Ranch Dressing mix so I picked up a package for $2.18. Seems about the same price as in stores. I got out to my car and read how much milk and mayonnaise it needed. 1/2 gallon of each! Needless to say, I know have a gallon of Ranch Dressing in my fridge. YES! A gallon of Ranch Dressing for 2 people! Maybe next time I will read the directions before purchasing!!!!
